SAP Delivery Lead

We are seeking to hire an SAP Delivery Lead to provide senior-level ownership of the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects for Keyush and its clients. Operating at an executive level, this role is accountable for programme governance, senior stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across the full SAP lifecycle—from solution design through go-live and hypercare.

This opportunity is well suited to a seasoned Delivery Manager ready to step into an executive role, or an experienced SAP executive seeking a commercially impactful leadership engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Programme& Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for one or more SAPprogrammes, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope outcomes
• Define and enforceprogrammegovernance frameworks, delivery methodologies (Agile, ACTIVATE, Waterfall), and quality standards
• Lead integrated planning including resource management, risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone reporting
• Chair executive steering committees,programmeboards, and key governance forums

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of escalation and accountability for client executive stakeholders (CIO, CFO, COO, CPO)
• Build andmaintaintrusted advisory relationships, proactively managing expectations and navigating complex commercial or political landscapes
• Drive client satisfaction through transparent communication, regular executive reporting, and measurable value delivery

Commercial & Financial Oversight

• ManageprogrammeP&L, budget governance, forecasting, and margin protection
• Identifyand manage change requests, contractual variations, and commercial risks in alignment with legal and finance teams
• Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposal development, and estimation for new SAP opportunities

Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary project teams including SAP functional/technical consultants, solution architects, and change managers
• Foster a high-performance delivery culture with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Work with resourcing and practice leads to ensureoptimalstaffing for project needs

SAP Domain & Technical Oversight

• Provide strategic oversight across SAP solution architecture, integration design, and implementation quality
• Stay current on SAP product roadmaps (S/4HANA, BTP, Rise with SAP) and advise clients on adoption strategy
• Ensure solution integrity and alignment with client enterprise architecture and business objectives

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in SAP delivery, consulting, orprogrammemanagement (commensuratewith seniority level)
• Proventrack recordof leading large-scale SAPprogrammes(ideally S/4HANA) end-to-end, from initiation to post go-live support
• Demonstrated experience managingprogrammeswith budgetsin excess of$5M and teams of 20+ across onshore/offshore models
• Prior experience in a consulting, systems integrator, or managed services environment is highly regarded
• Experience in full lifecycle delivery across at least two SAP functional domains (e.g.EAMFinance, Supply Chain, HR/HCM, Procurement)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalentprogrammemanagement certification (desirable)
• SAP certifications in relevant modules or methodologies (desirable)
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (advantageous)
