MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Counterintelligence Requirements Officer to join our team in Springfield, VA.

The Counterintelligence Requirements Officer will leverage their strong background and technical expertise to support counterintelligence operations, requirements management, collection, and production efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Provide CI program management support to CI Operations leadership.

Provide operational and production direction and guidance across internal organizational divisions.

Provide CI technical expertise, input, support, and maintenance to internal databases.

Perform CI collection and production responsibilities, and publish Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).

Use IT systems to task and track office-level requirements and issue office-wide taskings.

Maintain office file plans, softcopy office libraries, training master schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
