Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our commercial real estate brokerage team. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Operations, you’ll create property marketing materials, coordinate marketing campaigns, and help ensure listing information remains accurate and up to date. As you become familiar with the business, you’ll take ownership of recurring marketing responsibilities while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through standardized templates, streamlined processes, and practical automation.

The base salary/hourly range for this role is $28.00 – $31.25 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
