We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will support our brokers through financial modeling, market analysis, and investment underwriting for commercial real estate transactions. This role supports the brokerage team from start-to-finish of each commercial real estate transaction providing financial, due diligence, transaction management, and administrative support.
The hourly range for this role is $28.00 - $31.25 per year. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
