About the Position
Are you a subject matter expert in technical agreements? Do you thrive on managing details of high-level agreements and shifting timelines? Are you interested in expanding your knowledge of Permits and Records? If so, the Licensing and Compliance Specialistmight be for you! The Licensing and Compliance Specialistwill be a subject-matter expert in reviewing and analyzing considerably complex franchise utility agreements and licenses.
This position will lead the coordination and adoption of franchise agreements from initiation to Board of Supervisors’ approval. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing agreement renewals, audit requests, invoicing for fees, coordinating legal bond approvals, and performing data analysis related to agreements.
