About the Position
As the Background Investigations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the integrity and quality of the hiring process by conducting, reviewing, and managing comprehensive background investigations of employment applicants. You will research, gather, verify, and analyze information from law enforcement and criminal databases, social networking sites, and other investigative resources to ensure applicants are thoroughly vetted and investigation findings are accurate, complete, and well-documented.
You will also perform quality-control reviews to ensure that investigations meet established standards and deadlines, while responding efficiently to requests for expedited processing.
