The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role within Markel International’s Change Delivery team, leading the analysis, definition and delivery of business and technology change by translating business needs into practical solutions, supporting implementation and adoption, and contributing to continuous improvement across the organisation.

The opportunity
The Change Delivery team shapes and leads the end-to-end delivery of our strategic programmes and operational change priorities in collaboration with business teams and IT. The team currently comprises of three main capabilities – business analysis, programme/project management and portfolio management office.
