Daily Finance Operations:Serve as the main point of contact for the family, Managing Director, office and external providers, overseeing invoices, payments, queries and day-to-day financial administration.

Accounts Payable & Cash Management:Manage multi-currency payables, invoice coding, approval workflows, controlled disbursements and cash monitoring, ensuring accuracy and strong payment controls.

Investment & Partnership Accounting:Oversee accounting for private funds and direct investments, including capital calls, distributions, management fees, valuations, cost basis and unfunded commitments.

Multi-Currency Accounting:Manage foreign-currency transactions, account reconciliations, period-end revaluations and realised/unrealised FX gains and losses.

Reconciliations & Financial Reporting:Reconcile bank, credit card, brokerage and balance sheet accounts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare cash, liquidity, investment and expense reports for the Managing Director.

Controls & Compliance:Establish and maintain accounting policies, internal controls and procedures, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance and audit readiness.

Process Improvement & Automation:Identify opportunities to streamline finance operations through automation, templates and workflow tools, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.

External Stakeholder Management:Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and fund administrators, overseeing audit preparation, tax filings and reporting requirements.

New Entity Integration:Lead the finance and accounting integration of acquisitions and new entities into the group's reporting structure and systems.

Family Office Support:Provide reliable, discreet financial and operational support to the family and Managing Director, exercising sound judgment and proactively identifying potential issues.
