Develop talent acquisition strategy & hiring plan.

Maintain sourcing strategy in the website, career portal, and campus recruitment

Establish collaboration with University, Career Center, and other education institution

Handle end to end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview and conduct any related tests.

At least 4 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.

Understand and have experiences in full-cycle recruiting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Capable to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
