What this team does

Our Operations team is the backbone of Maven’s trading activity - working closely with traders across our desks to support trade booking, position management, P&L reconciliation, and the full trade lifecycle. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact environment where no two days look the same.

You might be a great fit if you have a background or interest in:

Trade support or trade operations

Settlements, reconciliations, or clearing

Listed derivatives or equity instruments

Working closely with front office / trading desks

Process improvement and automation (Excel, Python, SQL, VBA)

We’re open to candidates at all levels from those early in their operations career to seasoned specialists looking for their next challenge.
