Job Summary
- Under moderate supervision, lead end-to-end delivery of small to medium scale
- projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope and budget, and
- aligned to business objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end delivery of small to medium scale projects, ensuring defined objectives, milestones, and outcomes are achieved.
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and define deliverables to ensure a clear path to success.
- Allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure projects remain on track.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues; escalate as appropriate.
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and report status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Facilitate team meetings, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing stakeholder communication.
- Support continuous improvement by recommending workflow, template, and tool enhancements.
