As Senior Operational Excellence Manager, you will report directly to the Site Leader and serve as a key member of the site’s senior leadership team, helping set the strategic direction for operational excellence, manufacturing capability, and long-term site performance.

At the same time, you will help define the investments, technology, talent, and operating systems required to position Danvers as a Center of Excellence for extrusion and braiding.
Most importantly, you will develop leaders and build a culture of problem solvers, creating the capability and ownership needed for continuous improvement to become how we lead and operate every day.
If you can set strategy, influence senior leaders, develop high-performing teams, get close to the work, and turn vision into measurable business results, we want you on this journey.
