Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Location:Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable, enterprise-grade applications at Mercedes -Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI). The role demands strong technical depth across frontend, backend, data, and DevOps layers, with th e ability to translate business requirements into high -quality, robust technical solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands -o expertise in modern technology stacks, contribute to architectural decision -making, drive performance excellence, and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Architecture & System Design

• Design secure, scalable, and high -performance application architectures across frontend and backend layers.
• Drive technical design discussions, define coding standards, and establish engineering best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate frameworks, technology stacks, and tools.
• Contribute to microservices, distributed systems, and event -driven architecture patterns.
• Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and horizontal/vertical scalability. Full Stack Development
• Lead development of complex web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
• Design and implement backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Develop reusable, modular components and libraries with clean, maintainable code.
• Manage end-to-end integrations with enterprise systems and third -party services. Database & Data Engineering
• Design and optimize relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
• Develop efficient data models, indexing strategies, and query optimizations.
• Implement secure data migration and data handling strategies.
• Work on large-scale data processing and performance tuning. DevOps & Cloud Engineering
• Lead containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines enabling automated testing and deployment.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability frameworks.
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code adoption where applicable. Performance Optimization & Reliability
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application layers and resolve them proactively.
• Conduct root -cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures.
• Implement caching, load balancing, and performance monitoring solutions.
• Ensure application high availability and resilience. Technical Leadership & Mentorship
• Mentor junior and mid -level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Provide technical leadership across modules or multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and cross -functional teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, risk assessment, and delivery planning. Quality & Governance
• Establish and enforce coding, security, and testing standards.
• Implement automated testing (unit, integration, end -to-end).
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and governance practices.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and architecture artifacts. Required Skills
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Backend development experience in .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency with MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem -soving skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with event -driven architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of authentication and security frameworks (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
• Exposure to Domain -Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience leading technical teams or modules.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration or modern data platforms. Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT) is required.
