Are you a commercially minded leader who loves connecting the dots between data, strategy and business performance? Do you enjoy turning complex numbers into clear insights that shape decisions and unlock growth?

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Food, Services & Convenience (FS&C) team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial analytics, reporting, governance and strategic planning agenda across Campbells, Convenience, Tobacco and Superior Food Services.

In this Role, You Will

You’ll bring together commercial thinking, analytical expertise and strong stakeholder partnerships to make a real difference. Your key responsibilities will include:

Drive commercial performance: Lead analytics, reporting and insights, identifying opportunities to improve sales, margins, profitability and productivity.

Strengthen reporting and governance: Build a consistent approach to reporting, improve dashboards and tools, and ensure robust commercial controls and data integrity.

Shape commercial strategy: Develop financial models, business cases and assessments to support tenders, contract renewals, investments and growth opportunities.

Deliver commercial value: Oversee key commercial forecasts and performance metrics, ensuring effective governance and supporting initiatives that improve financial and operational outcomes.

Influence and lead: Partner with senior stakeholders across FS&C, Finance and the broader business, supporting strategic initiatives and deputising for the Head of Commercial when required.

You’ll bring

• 7+ years’ experience in commercial finance, analytics, strategy or business partnering. Previous experience partnering with Operations, Sales and Merchandise team will be highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in reporting, governance, business cases and performance improvement.
• A degree in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline; CA/CPA (mandatory) and Wholesale, Retail, FMCG or Supply Chain experience highly regarded.
