• Developing the autonomy of operational teams to drive continuous progress by supporting change management.

Key Expected Achievements

• The diagnostic: Industrial, Process, Progress is implemented in its area of responsibility and makes it possible to define the potential progress initiatives.
• The progress initiatives entrusted to them are implemented using the DMAIC methodology and/or the LEAN approach.
• The “OI basics” are in place, maintained and demonstrate the level of practices expected of the profession in its sector

(OI Diagnosis and Upgrade/Maintained Plan)

• The standards and associated control mechanisms are established.
• Change management is successfully carried out.
• Operational teams gain autonomy to manage their progress initiatives.
• Flows & cost are under control and improved.
• The necessary resources (staff/processes/machines) are defined, under control and the capacities are mastered.
• Good practices are shared with the progress network and used to identify and propose progress actions.
