• Cost Engineerとして建設プロジェクトの予算策定、見積評価、発注・契約支援、コスト管理、変更管理、予測および完了時コストの管理を担当頂き、Micron社内基準および契約条件を順守しながら、プロジェクトを予算内で遂行するための業務を行って頂きます。
• 主な業務内容：
• ・Global teamおよび社内関連部門と協業し、プロジェクトの予算、見積、コスト計画をタイムリーに作成・レビューします
• ・Project進行に伴う予算確保の為のFunding requestの資料作成を行います

・発注処理及び検収処理を行います

・発注済金額、実績コスト、コミットメント、未発注残、変更見込およびリスクを継続的に管理します

・Change Order、Variation、等の変更事項について、契約上の根拠、数量、単価、工程影響およびコスト影響を確認します

・月次Forecast、Estimate at Completion、Cash Flowおよび予算差異を確認し、必要な更新を行います

・プロジェクトの進捗状況、コスト、変更、リスクおよび課題を毎週追跡し、関係者へ報告します

・生成AIやデータ分析ツールを活用し、コスト分析、Forecast、レポート作成、プロジェクト管理および意思決定の質向上に貢献します

必要要件：

・会話において的確な意思疎通ができる方

・周囲と協力関係を築きながら仕事を進めることができる方

・数値と根拠に基づき、正確かつ論理的に判断できる方

・目的達成のために逆算して優先順位を設定し、期限を意識して業務を進められる方

・英語に苦手意識がなく、学ぶ意欲がある方

・英語での電子メールの応答・文書作成ができる方

・Excel・Word・PowerPoint等の基本的なソフトウェアを使用できる方

・AIを使用する事に苦手意識がなく、学ぶ意欲がある方

・英語での口頭コミュニケーションができる方

・建設プロジェクトにおける見積、積算、契約、調達またはコスト管理の実務経験がある方

・Change Order、Forecast、Cash FlowおよびEstimate at Completionの管理経験がある方

・半導体工場、製造施設または大規模建設プロジェクトでの就業経験がある方
