Product Manager

Redmond, WA In person Full-time

Overview

Microsoft partners are navigating a fundamental shift in how they build, sell, and grow with AI. At the same time, they manage complex information and workflows across customers, earnings, incentives, credits, commercial programs, and marketplace experiences. Our team is reimagining Partner Center as an intelligent, agentic platform that helps partners understand what matters, decide what to do next, and achieve better business outcomes with less effort.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is excited to build the next generation of AI-first partner experiences. You will join a team leading innovation through AI-powered insights, recommendations, agents, and intelligent workflows designed to delight customers and partners. You will own a defined set of partner-facing capabilities and drive them from customer discovery and experimentation through product definition, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will identify areas where AI can eliminate friction, simplify complex decisions, and help partners act with greater speed and confidence. You will develop a clear product point of view, rapidly test new ideas with customers and partners, and turn what you learn into intuitive, trusted, and scalable experiences.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Business Planning, Support, Marketing, Sales, and partner-facing teams. Together, you will experiment with emerging AI capabilities, evaluate their customer and business value, and apply the right technology to solve meaningful partner problems. This role is an opportunity to grow as an product leader. You will be expected to continuously develop your understanding of Partner, Customer and experiences, apply new learning to complex product challenges, and help shape how our team uses AI to maximize partner and Microsoft outcomes.

Design and run product experiments that test customer value, experience quality, trust, usability, and business impact; use the results to refine the problem, solution, and product roadmap.

Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to evaluate experience options, solution architecture, model behavior, data requirements, quality, and dependencies. Make informed tradeoffs across customer value, trust, quality, technical complexity, risk, cost, and delivery timing.

Create AI-first experiences that are relevant, transparent, actionable, and grounded in customer context while preserving appropriate user control.

Define and monitor product outcomes using qualitative and quantitative signals to improve adoption, task completion, customer satisfaction, self-service effectiveness, product quality, and business impact.
