Product Manager & Senior Product Manager - Microsoft Security - Multiple Roles

Israel In person Full-time

Overview

We have multiple positions open for Product Managers and Senior Product Manager to be hired across different Microsoft Security teams in Israel.

Come join the team building Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), one of Microsoft’s leading security products. As cyberattacks become increasingly sophisticated and AI changes both how software operates and how attackers work, MDE helps enterprises detect, investigate, and disrupt advanced threats across their endpoint estate.

Our team works at the intersection of security, AI, product, and engineering, turning deep understanding of attackers, emerging AI risks, customers, and the evolving threat landscape into capabilities that help organizations defend their endpoints.

We are looking for a Product Manager II who is passionate about cybersecurity, AI, and building customer-centric security products. In this role, you will own product areas within MDE, understand customer and market needs, identify emerging security opportunities, and work closely with engineering, security research, and Sales.

Our team focuses on diversity of all types in candidates and we strive to hire people with different experiences and perspectives into our team. To that end, we know that no candidate has every desired skill and experience, but together we make a strong, effective team.

Responsibilities

  • Own product scenarios end to end, from identifying customer problems and emerging threats through requirements, prioritization, execution, delivery, and measurement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of endpoint security, EDR/XDR, security operations, customer workflows, and attacker techniques to inform product strategy and investments.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate scenarios, gather feedback, and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Partner closely with engineering, security research, data science, and other product teams to define and deliver high-impact MDE capabilities.
  • Translate complex security and customer needs into clear product requirements, scenarios, and priorities.
  • Make thoughtful prioritization decisions based on customer impact, security value, technical feasibility, and product strategy.
  • Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, communicate decisions clearly, and move complex initiatives from definition to execution.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance and customer adoption, and use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Stay close to evolving attacker techniques, AI and agentic technologies, security technologies, competitive products, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for MDE.
  • Use AI effectively in day-to-day product work to accelerate analysis, customer understanding, product definition, and execution.
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, or a related technical field, OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to define and deliver customer-facing products or capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate customer needs and complex technical problems into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Strong AI proficiency, with hands-on experience using AI tools as part of product development, analysis, or technical workflows.
