Legal Secretary

We assist those who are physically or mentally unable to work apply for Social Security disability benefits or SSI. We also handle appeals and represent them at hearings.

Be able to schedule appointments, answer phone calls from clients, do new intake calls, do case management, help prepare cases for court.

• Great customer service skills
• Be able to work under pressure at a fast paced law office
• Know how to answer multiple phone lines
• Be able to multitask
• Be able to type 40 wpm
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred but not required
