  • Build and influence relationships with senior partners and leaders, as well as the students you’re attracting
  • Manage our university partnerships, including attraction events, careers fairs and presentations
  • Design and deliver orientation and development programs for our Clerks and Graduates, in partnership with our Talent Development team
  • Be the go-to People & Culture contact for our Clerk and Graduate cohorts
  • Partner with the business to provide advice and guidance, and continuously find ways to improve the programs

About you

  • You’re a people-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:
  • Enthusiasm for promoting the firm and a talent for building rapport quickly
  • Strong organisation and the energy to run high-volume, fast-paced recruitment campaigns from start to finish
  • The ability to influence people at every level, including senior stakeholders
  • A genuine passion for people, their careers and their success
  • A collaborative approach, including working with national colleagues
  • Analytical skills to interpret information, draw insights and make recommendations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A solid grounding in Human Resources, in recruitment or HR management. Experience in early careers, graduate or campus recruitment is highly regarded.
