What will you be doing? Lead the delivery of consumer research projects across the UK & Europe, spanning face-to-face fieldwork and global online methodologies. You'll manage and develop a Project Delivery team, act as the senior escalation point for complex operational challenges, and build strong supplier partnerships to ensure exceptional quality and execution. Combining people leadership with operational excellence, you'll drive continuous improvement and help shape best practice across the business.
