Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Intelliscape, part of Modaxo, delivers intelligent transport systems used by UK local authorities to improve safety, reduce congestion and support enforcement operations.

Join our team as an Implementation Engineer and take ownership of delivering tailored technology solutions, working closely with customers to configure, test, and implement innovative software and hardware systems.

This is a hybrid role based from our North Bristol office, with at least three office-based days each week and some travel to customer sites when projects or support activities require it.

Working closely with Project Managers, customers, internal technical teams and external partners, the Implementation Engineer helps ensure that new systems, upgrades and product changes are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the agreed customer requirements.

The role also provides second-line incident support, taking ownership of more complex technical issues escalated by the Service Desk. This includes investigating faults, progressing incidents through to resolution, keeping stakeholders informed and coordinating escalation to specialist teams where required.

This is a varied and hands-on role. Priorities and activities will change according to customer, project and operational requirements. The successful candidate will therefore combine practical technical ability with a flexible approach, personal ownership and a strong commitment to delivering an excellent service to both internal and external customers.
