Who is Monarch?
Monarch Investment and Management Group is a well-established, family-owned real estate investment and management company. We have more than 30 years of experience acquiring, owning and managing apartment communities across the United States. Today we own and self-manage more than 82,000 apartments in 26 states, plus a ski and snowboard area in Colorado.
We are not a REIT or a Wall Street group looking to flip properties.
