As our organisation continues to evolve, communication plays a critical role in helping employees understand what matters most, stay connected to our purpose and contribute to exceptional care.

You'll lead employee communication and engagement across a diverse workforce spanning hospitals, community services and corporate teams, while driving the evolution of our channels, campaigns and communication practices.
From strengthening leadership communication and supporting workforce initiatives, to growing engagement through modern platforms and creating opportunities for meaningful two-way communication, you'll play a key role in shaping how employees experience communication at Monash Health.
Most importantly, you'll help create a workplace where people feel informed, connected and valued, enabling them to deliver their best for patients, families and the community.

- You know how to connect with diverse audiences, influence senior stakeholders and develop communication that people genuinely want to engage with.
- You'll have a strong track record in innovation, and an in-depth understanding of how modern communication tools can be optimised to help organisations engage with a busy, dispersed and time-poor workforce.
Specifically, you will bring
- Significant experience in employee, internal or people communications leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale workforce engagement and communication strategies.
- Experience partnering with HR, People and Culture or organisational development functions.
