Program Manager Specialty Programs

Monogram Health is seeking a Program Manager, Specialty Programs to serve as the day-to-day operational lead of one or more of Monogram's specialty care programs. Reporting to Product & Strategy leadership, this role plans, manages, and improves the day-to-day workflows, scheduling infrastructure, clinician support systems, and daily operational continuity that allow Monogram's clinical teams to deliver high-quality, in-home care to complex polychronic patients across cardiology, pulmonary, endocrine, palliative, behavioral health, and beyond.
