Moodle with us!
At Moodle, we’re on a mission to empower educators and learners worldwide with open, flexible, and innovative digital learning solutions. As the world’s most customisable and trusted open-source LMS, we partner with schools, universities, and organisations to create better learning experiences for millions. If you’re ready to make a real impact and be part of a global movement shaping the future of learning, join us — let’s transform education together!
About the Role
Moodle is looking for a commercially minded Sales Training & Enablement Lead to make sure everyone selling Moodle, from our direct sales team to our channel partners, has the training and resources to do it well. Moodle’s open-source roots make our sales landscape a bit different: we’re often positioning our commercial products and services against free, self-hosted Moodle as well as other LMS vendors. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll own the enablement roadmap, write the resources sellers actually use, and design training that moves win rates and sales cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Most days in this role usually involve a mix of:
- Owning and prioritising the sales enablement roadmap with sales leaders, reflecting the needs of direct teams and channel partners
- Building structured development pathways for sales executives, account managers, channel managers and partners
- Writing and maintaining a sales enablement resource bank, including positioning frameworks, playbooks, a master pitch deck, competitor battlecards and co-brandable partner assets
- Creating a go-to-market kit for every Moodle release, and translating product capabilities into customer-outcome stories sellers can use in live deals
- Designing and delivering engaging synchronous and asynchronous sales training
- Running win/loss analysis and capturing field and competitor insight, then turning it into useful enablement
- Partnering with Sales, Partnerships, Product Enablement, Marketing and Services Delivery to align priorities and drive adoption
- Tracking KPIs tied to commercial outcomes and using data and feedback to keep improving
- Spotting smart ways to use AI tools without compromising quality
