Billing and Operations Business Partner

The Billing Operations Business Partner plays an important role in supporting both the commercial performance and operational effectiveness of the HR Consultancy team. With responsibility for billing, work-in-progress (WIP) management, debt recovery, reporting and financial governance, the role helps ensure consultancy activity is effectively converted into revenue while maintaining strong financial and operational discipline.

Working closely with the Director of HR Consultancy and wider leadership team, you will act as a trusted business partner, providing commercial insight and operational support, identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping to maximise profitability and cash collection. Alongside the financial aspects of the position, you will support the effective day-to-day operation of the consultancy, helping to maintain excellent client service, efficient systems and processes, and effective collaboration across the team.

This broad remit provides an opportunity to directly contribute to the continued development, efficiency and profitable growth of the HR Consultancy business. We offer flexibility around location, with the role able to be based from any Moore Kingston Smith office , on a hybrid basis. You will be expected to attend our London City office for a monthly team meeting.
