In our never-ending pursuit to help keep people safe everywhere, our Presale Engineering Team applies our Public Safety ecosystem of technologies focused on Critical Communications, Video Security, and the Command Center from ideation to creation, challenge to resolution. We build and connect technologies to help protect people, property, and places. Our solutions enable the collaboration between public safety agencies and enterprises that’s critical for a proactive approach to safety and security.
The Presales Engineering Group is the technical lifeblood of the Sales Organization. Our engineers bring to life the innovative communications solutions that make a difference in the moments that matter. As the solutions architects, systems engineers have the technology and design responsibility for all sales support engagements nationwide.
The Presales System Engineer (Internship) will get the opportunity to work closely with our Communication Systems Engineers, who design radio communication solutions, from the conceptual phases through to implementation that meet customer's requirements. They consult with the customer to determine their requirements to design the best solution to meet their needs. Senior Engineers support their colleagues to enhance both individual and group competencies, including mentoring junior system engineers. We expect our engineers to operate as professionals and take responsibility for their development including professional and technical skills needed for their success as an engineer.
