Provide on-job training to new team members Minimum Job Requirements Education: University graduated with EE or other engineering degrees. Professional Certificate/Licenses: Networking certification is an advantage Experience: Over 7 years of experience in FAE/AE/R&D functions Language: Fluent in English and Chinese reading/writing/listening/speaking Required Competencies Quick learner of new technologies and market trends Capabilty of listening, problem-solvingm proposing, and presentation Strong cross-functional communication capability and leadership influencing Be able to lead the discussion upon the technical topic
