Web Developer

• MTI is a Technology Management Company that is opening a new web development office in Rochelle, IL
• 3-5+ years experience working in web development, bonus if experience is within a media organization, advertising, digital ad organization
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and how to develop solutions oriented design.
• Design and write web pages with a combination of codes (e.g., HTML5/PHP/CSS3/JavaScript)
• experience required
• Proficiency working with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and Wordpress
• Programs web pages working with databases and programming languages to perform back-end work (i.e., MySQL, PHP) and ecommerce
• Strong communications skills with both technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to be self motivated and to work well in both a team setting and independently.
• Maintain and develop the company’s intranet and SalesForce databases and applications
• Able to take on responsibility and make decisions based on company policy

Nice to have

Familiar with software and web development

Ability to write scripts

Experience with continuous integration

SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

Will have live URLs of your work to reference

Must be able to collaborate effectively
