Participate actively in client meetings and contribute valuable insights during discussions about refinancing strategies, maturity management, and funding approaches.
Support the structuring and execution of hybrid capital transactions for both corporate and financial institution issuers by providing analytical input and market intelligence.
Develop analyses related to hybrid capital structures including rating agency methodologies, equity credit considerations, and investor positioning to inform client recommendations.
Monitor ongoing liability management and hybrid capital market activity by maintaining up-to-date market intelligence and tracking relevant transaction precedents.
