LEADership Trainee

**We operate 44 locations across Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware and West Virginia. This role will be based at one of our Western PA sites, with final placement determined by business needs and, when possible, candidate preference** Kick off your career in business with APR Supply Co.’s L.E.A.D. Trainee Program—a two-year, hands-on program designed for college graduates with a degree in business or a related field. Gain experience in operations, sales, customer service, and leadership while working toward a management role. With mentorship, training, and real-world projects, this program prepares you for a leadership role within our organization.
