Commercial Finance Analyst

• Location: Europa House, Stoneclough Road

• You’ll be joining ourFinance Depratmentwithin our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
• This role is to help improve the level of analysis currently available to the leadership team and field managers to aid decision making.
• The role is permanent and full time
• Hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office - Tuesdays and Thursdays
• You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away
• With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Your future, your role

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you’ll be

• Producing and developing weekly analysis for use by leadership team.
• Initial financial appraisal of investment opportunities
• Supporting in Budgeting and Forecasting Process
• Assume responsibility for weekly analysis on a key {my}dentist initiatives
• Provide analysis to help managers understand and respond to any cost overspends.
• Provide a summary of performance on specific areas of the P&L identifying any issues and trends to Commercial Finance Team
• Continually work to improve the efficiency of analysis/management accounts generation, so that P&Ls are released earlier, and earlier indications are given of revenue and costs
• Support with ad-hoc requests and strategic project work

Skills and Expereince

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience of Power BI

Experience of building data models

Part Qualified with a professional accounting body (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
