Senior Director, Global Program Management Supply Chain Capacity Expansion (m/f/d)

For the major capacity expansion program of the global Advantest Supply Chain, we are looking for a Senior Director to establish the program structure, governance, tracking and management, aligning strategies, initiatives and ownership between the different Global and BU Supply Chain units. Key responsibilities: - Establish the program structure, roles, governance, KPI’s and tracking in alignment with BU and global SC teams and sub-programs. - Provide guidance and advice to programs and projects in involved organizations to maximize the impact towards the supply chain capacity targets - Define, prioritize and drive end-to-end order fulfillment process breakthrough programs in collaboration with global Business Process Re-Engineering and Corporate IT divisions. - Manage and coordinate budget and staffing to globally enable initiatives and projects of the supply chain capacity expansion program - Ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders, from executive sponsors and BU general managers to department and team leaders - Excellent program management skills and program delivery track record - Supply Chain & Operations competences and leadership - Operational transformation programs & Business Process Reengineering programs - Organizational development & capability building - Outstanding stakeholder management, both a executive and operational level
