- Responsible for implementing the HC AI strategies in close alignment with the HC Technology CoE and collaboration the AI enablement center as well as other HC areas • Advocate for compliance with organizational policies and external regulations • Support the HC CoE Technology Specialist • Develop and maintain HC AI strategies aligned with HC Technology CoE, AI enablement center and IT strategy to drive digitalization • Align closely with IT and AI enablement center regarding HC IT systems and in accordance with Advantest AI policy and receive support as needed • Investigate and promote innovative AI trends from the market for implementation • Conduct future tech analysis and assess impacts of technological trends such as AI on HC • Support the maintenance of the HC IT landscape and the management of applications as well as data engineering • Support the maintenance of key KPIs, reports and dashboards • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in HC Technology, IT and Data Architecture, or large-scale HCIT transformation projects - ideally in a global business environment • Excellent English language skills (both oral and written) are required • Additional proficiency in other languages is a plus Additional Skills preferred: • Strong strategic thinking, goal orientation, and decision-making skills • Strong awareness of ‘INTEGRITY’ • Strong business acumen and understanding of the job market and talent trends • Ability to analyze data and utilize to drive improvements • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work successfully with different stakeholders • High degree of flexibility, initiative, and ability to work in a team, proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects/priorities & deliverables • Very strong IT skills and deep understanding of HC IT systems • In-depth technical expertise in HC IT Cloud Systems, especially SuccessFactors and Workday, for configuration and maintenance • Solid understanding of HC processes and tools • Familiarity with Data Accuracy, Data Security, & Privacy Management • Strong interest and knowledge in AI capability and trends • Ability to manage requirements and IT services
