Paralegal | Wills, Trusts & Probate

📍 Blackburn

• 🕘 Full-time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday
• We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Blackburn.
• You’ll work closely with our lawyers, help progress a range of matters and support clients through what can often be sensitive circumstances. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and build a career in Private Client work.

What you’ll be doing

• 🔹 Drafting Wills, Codicils, LPAs and Trust documents
• 🔹 Preparing Probate applications, HMRC forms and estate information
• 🔹 Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and financial institutions
• 🔹 Supporting with file opening, billing and progressing matters
• 🔹 Completing legal research and managing key deadlines

What we’re looking for

• ✔ Previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
• ✔ Strong organisation and attention to detail
• ✔ Clear, professional and supportive communication
• ✔ Confidence managing deadlines and using your initiative
• ✔ A genuine interest in Wills, Trusts and Probate
• Experience in Private Client work, a legal qualification or knowledge of a case management system would be an advantage.
