Join Natures Way Foods our Senior Finance Business Partner to our Supply Chain Leadership Team and Chief Commercial & Supply Chain Officer. You will be responsible for providing robust financial MI, along with recommendations, and be comfortable challenging all aspects of procurement and distribution. You will support decision making, with a focus on cost control and Operating Income growth, whilst working at pace to deliver accurate financial analysis and drive a continuous improvement culture throughout all processes.

What you’ll do

• Take full ownership of financial business partnering across the Supply Chain function, providing robust financial management information, insight and challenge to drive decision-making.
• Undertake accurate analysis of key financial data, evaluating it effectively and communicating articulately to non-financial stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Facilitate and provide recommendations on cost control and efficiency opportunities, including business cases for new initiatives and tracking actualised performance against them.
• Influence and challenge the business through engagement, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Lead, co-ordinate and challenging the budget and forecasting submissions for Supply Chain.
• Lead, coach, mentor and develop Junior Finance Business Partner.

What we’re looking for from you

Ability to effectively challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience

Ability to work under pressure, at pace and with challenging stakeholders Leadership.

Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment.

Can interpret and disseminate complex data to provide clear insight and drill down into root cause issues.

Demonstrable experience building strong relationships across the organisation.
