A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Software Engineering Expert, AI Security reporting to DevSecOps Manager, AI Platform.
A bit about your role
The Software Engineer Expert, AI Security helps deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities across nbn. Working collaboratively across Engineering, Security, Architecture, Cloud and Responsible AI teams, you’ll embed secure development, automated testing, observability and resilience into everyday delivery, while helping improve standards, resolve complex technical challenges and strengthen secure AI engineering practices.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across software, cloud, DevSecOps or security engineering, with strong programming capability in and experience with AWS or Azure. You thrive in both autonomous and collaborative environments, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge. You’ll have practical exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG or agentic systems, alongside security practices such as vulnerability remediation, automated testing and observability. A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is suitable, with cloud, security, DevSecOps or AI certifications considered.
Application Process
You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out.
