Are you a commercially driven technology professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and driving business outcomes?
We're looking for a Client Service Consultant to grow and manage a portfolio of emerging accounts, uncover new opportunities, and support revenue growth through proactive client engagement, account expansion, and solution-based consulting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating value for clients, we'd love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
Build and grow relationships across a portfolio of client accounts, identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
Drive account expansion through renewals, engagement extensions, and reactivation of dormant clients.
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring responsive support and high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with talent, capability, product, and delivery teams to align client needs with the right solutions and resources.
Generate and manage pipeline activity, maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity plans.
Support proposals, pricing, and commercial activities while protecting revenue and margin outcomes.
Identify risks, coordinate delivery outcomes, and achieve portfolio revenue, growth, and sold margin targets.
University degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years' experience in technology services sales, account management, recruitment, or a related client-facing role.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to succeed in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Understanding of talent supply, demand forecasting, and market rates.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
High energy, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to client and internal engagement.
Committed to delivering excellence and achieving commercial outcomes.
Creative, independent, and driven, with a strong focus on growth and results.
