AI Systems Engineer, Video Intelligence

Responsible for planning, designing, installing, testing & implementing systems in accordance with specifications & service level. Where relevant, perform the necessary system programming & configuration.

Leading a small team and providing guidance to team members.

Installing and configuring operating systems and common services products.

Upgrading and patching the operating systems and common services products.

Reviewing of Monthly Reports and Change Requests

Develop & maintain technical and configurations documentation

Evaluate and upgrade firewall and network hardware and/or firmware

Support Level 1 Engineers during problem determination and resolution whenever necessary.

Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.

Provide technical advice and support Services Deliver Manager/Project Manager

Aliasing with Vendors/OEM Partners on technical matters.

Willing to support 24 X 7 standby

Proven track record of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) or Windows Server systems.

Experience with common services products such as Active Directory/DNS, Splunk, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, BeyondTrust etc.

Strong knowledge of networking technologies (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).

Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.

Good communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face).
