We're seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer to join our Applications team. In this role, you'll work on exciting projects that make a real difference, collaborating with clients and colleagues to design, develop, and deliver innovative low-code solutions that drive business value.

What You'll Do

Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform
• Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web and mobile applications
• Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems, databases, and APIs
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to strengthen our collective capabilities

Quality & Excellence

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing applications using OutSystems (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, components, and best practices
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)

Technical Knowledge

• OutSystems certifications or experience (Associate Developer in O11 and/or ODC) are highly valued
• Experience with relational databases and data modelling
• Knowledge of application security principles and practices
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
