Position Summary
As a CDT Activation Specialist – Confectionery, you will activate category strategies across trade touchpoints, driving visibility, shopper engagement and business growth in retail and proximity channels.
A Day in the Life
- Deliver best-in-class POS activations.
- Coordinate initiatives with Marketing, Sales and external agencies.
- Support category development and planogram execution.
- Analyze activity performance and ROI.
- Drive visibility, shopper engagement and in-store excellence.
- Partner with field teams to unlock growth opportunities.
What Will Make You Successful
- University degree.
- Minimum 2–3 years in Commercial Development, Sales, Trade Marketing or Category roles.
- Knowledge of retail and shopper dynamics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency.
- Results-oriented and agile approach.
