Client ExecutiveとしてのResponsibility：

-顧客のゴール、課題、リスク、DX 戦略におけるプライオリティを深く理解し、それらを自社の差別化された製品・ソリューションにつなげた価値提案の実施

• 技術的好奇心、ビジネス判断力、ソリューション専門性を統合し、顧客のトランスフォームを推進するアドバイザリーの実施
• 潜在的ニーズの発掘、新規ワークロード、新規顧客獲得といったビジネス成長（売上拡大）に直結する強いハンティングマインド（Hunter Mentality）の発揮
• MEDDICC に基づいたパイプライン管理やフォーキャスト精度向上といった Sales Excellence の実施
• 顧客への “One Team 体験” を実現するオーケストレーションの遂行、および、当初のビジネスケースに基づく価値実現プランに沿った Customer Success との戦略的なコラボレーション

今回のポジションの職務内容：

・Global TeamとのProjectにおける情報連携、立案といったコラボレーション

・担当Global Strategic Partner様のExecutiveとのRelationship構築・維持

・担当Global Strategic Partner様のフロントの営業部門、SE部門、横串組織とのコンタクトポイントの拡大し、ビジネスチャンスの発掘、販売機会の創出

・組織を横断して、弊社のソリューション、製品の浸透の活動

・担当Global Strategic Partner様の強みを活かした、協業でのソリューション開発の計画および実行

Job Requirements

必須要件：

-IT業界にて10年以上の実務経験

-Partner Business/Alliance Businessへの十分な理解

-日本語並びに英語による、文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力

望ましい応募条件/スキル

-Partner Business/Alliance Businessのマネージメントスキル、数字への責任感のある方

-複雑な課題を戦略的に捉えて提案を行い、アクションプランを立案できること

-Global含めた社内関連チームとのスムーズなコミュニケーション能力

• 雇用形態：正社員・期間の定め無
• 試⽤期間：3か月（試用期間中の勤務条件に変更はありません）
• 就業時間：9:00－17:30 （フレックス制 or 裁量労働制）
