Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives
Designing and presenting IT solutions that align with customer needs
Conducting product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof of concept sessions
Responding to technical aspects of RFPs/RFIs and preparing detailed proposals
Providing technical guidance and support during the sales cycle
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
Offering post-sales support and technical backup as needed
Staying updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experienced in IT Networking and Cyber Security Product min. 3 years, and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with strong adaptability and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills such as presenting product
