Remote Full-time

A Note About Our Hiring Timeline

Position Summary

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Strategist is a client-facing consultant responsible for helping businesses get more out of HubSpot. In this role, you'll manage client relationships, implement and optimize HubSpot solutions, and help clients improve how their marketing, sales, and customer success teams work together.

We're looking for someone with hands-on HubSpot experience who enjoys both the technical work and the client-facing side of consulting. You'll be comfortable managing multiple clients, working independently to solve problems, and knowing when to bring in additional expertise.

Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment is important, as you'll be balancing client needs, project deadlines, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, leading projects focused on HubSpot strategy, CRM implementation, and revenue operations alignment.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable HubSpot solutions that drive efficiency across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Advise clients on best practices for marketing automation, sales pipeline management, and full-funnel RevOps integration.
  • Implement and optimize HubSpot systems, including managing third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, GoToWebinar).
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and alignment with client goals.
  • Deliver client training and enablement sessions, empowering stakeholders to manage and optimize their HubSpot environments independently.
  • Milestones for Success

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex technical and operational challenges for clients.

Within 6 Months

  • Drive strategic RevOps initiatives that result in measurable client impact and account growth.
  • Consistently demonstrate ownership of client relationships while balancing strategic and technical delivery.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing through enablement, training, or content development.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing RevOps, consulting, or account management role with a focus on HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales process optimization.
  • Proven success in a professional services, agency, or consultancy environment, managing multiple clients and delivering strategic and technical outcomes.
