What You'll Do Develop relationships with employers and key decision-makers Identify companies that may benefit from supplemental benefits and Section 125 solutions * Connect our team with CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, benefits professionals, brokers, and business owners * Coordinate initial conversations and presentations * Maintain employer and referral-partner relationships * Build and grow a recurring book of business The Ideal Candidate Experience in any of the following is highly valued: Supplemental or voluntary employee benefits Employee benefits or group insurance * Section 125 / Cafeteria Plans * Benefits consulting * Insurance brokerage * Payroll, PEO, or HR services * B2B sales to employers * Benefits enrollment Existing employer relationships, a strong professional network, or an established book of business is highly preferred.
