• Close Deals for a Real Offer That Solves a Real Problem in Our Country
• NexGen Steel is looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our fast-growing team.
• This isn't another coaching offer, agency service, or "make money online" pitch.
• You'll be selling a proven high-ticket Partner Program ($5,000 - $10,000) that helps Builders, Contractors, & Construction Professionals turn their relationships into revenue – while introducing innovative steel framing solutions that solve real challenges.
• Even better? We have a huge flood of ongoing leads for you through our automated funnel.
• Our closers are doing 30-60 calls per week with qualified, highly vetted successful individuals in the construction business.

YOUR BACKGROUND

You’re a GREAT fit if you

• Have experience closing $5,000 - $25,000+ high-ticket deals over Zoom
• 5+ years experience in sales
• Can confidently manage your own pipeline and schedule
• Enjoy selling to Business Owners, Builders, & Professionals
• Ask thoughtful questions instead of relying on pressure tactics
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment
• Are highly coachable and accountable
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

On-Track Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $150,000

Pay Structure: $3,000 salary + 10% commission (no cap)

Commissions are earned on revenue successfully collected by the company from customers you enroll
