Job Title: Director of Business Development-Skilled Nursing Facility Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2–3 years of direct sales or business development experience in a healthcare setting, preferably skilled nursing or post-acute care. Responsibilities: Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to current and potential residents and patients.
Work closely with the facility and corporate leadership teams to provide a timely response to referrals and coordinate safe, pleasant, and seamless transitions for new admissions to the facility.
