We are dedicated to enabling AI-led innovation across various industries and geographies. Position Overview: We are seeking a Service Delivery Associate to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will support the delivery of Gen AI cloud infrastructure services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud-based infrastructures.
Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our AI acceleration platforms. Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery Support: · Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the Projects · Coordinate the execution of projects by working with backend technical teams · Assist in implementing and managing cloud infrastructures utilizing Linux-based tools and technologies. · Support the deployment of Gen AI solutions within cloud environments, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. · Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. · Identify and manage resources to meet project requirements & timelines.
Project Status Communication: · Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on service delivery status. · Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and management · Assist in addressing client concerns and resolving service-related issues promptly. Process Improvement: · Participate in identifying areas for service delivery optimization and contribute to the development of improvement strategies. · Support the implementation of best practices in service delivery to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaboration: · Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery. · Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. Documentation: · Ensure proper documentation of every aspect of Project · Handover to Operations team with all necessary documents Required Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. · 12+ years of experience in service delivery management within the cloud infrastructure industry, with a focus on Linux-based tools and technologies. · Basic understanding of Generative AI solutions and cloud integration. · Strong understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, and DevOps practices. · Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (GPU provisioning, distributed training environments, containerization). · Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. · Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. · Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira etc.) Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform. · Experience with AI/ML deployment in cloud environments. · Knowledge of MLOps tools and platforms (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, etc.) · PMP, PRINCE2 Certification Team Culture and Inclusion · Work in a collaborative, high-impact, and fast-paced environment · Be part of a culture that values ownership, innovation, and continuous learning · Thrive in an inclusive workplace where diverse ideas and perspectives are encouraged Love what this role has to offer?
