Account Manager (Appointment Setter/Sales)-ASAP!

• We are a major precious metal recycling (headquartered in Paris) and now expanding in NY, Florida, Boston, and Philadelphia and looking for full-time Inside Sales Account Manager to help us expand. Our main office is located in Midtown, Manhattan.
• The perfect candidate must be ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about sales. Because we are expanding rapidly, this position offers extensive room for growth.
• WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?:
• Scheduling appointments for outside field representatives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM is required daily.
• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Follow up on all assigned leads to drive sales opportunities in a timely manner.

OFFICE HOURS

• Monday-Thurday: 9am-6pm
• Friday: 9am- 1pm
• Weekends/Major Holidays: OFF

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of experience with inside sales is preferred but not required.
• Track record of exceptional customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and maximize opportunities
• Proven ability to network and build rapport.
• Possess strong negotiation, and closing skills.
• Desire to learn and grow.
